Baseball Booster Club / Parent Information
Baseball is around the corner. The following is information and committees that we will need volunteers for.
To volunteer, please e-mail one of the appropriate reps listed below:
Reps
There will be two reps for each grade this year. Reps are in charge of opening and closing the stand at each game and communication from the coaches.
If you have any questions, feel free to mail us with questions.
Freshman – TO BE DETERMINED
Sophomores – TO BE DETERMINED

End of Year Banquet We will need several parents to help organize this event. It will amount to decorations, the dinner and gifts for the senior boys.
Senior Night We will need several parents to help organize this event. It will amount to flowers, decorations and some sort of food for after the game.
Concessions Every parent will be assigned concession duty – more than likely 2 times per family (this depends on the amount of kids on each team). We will go
down the list and assign the dates and put the schedule out there. If you are UNABLE to work your scheduled date, it is your responsibility to switch with another
parent. The reps will open and help close the stand each night.
Gate Workers The school will be providing the gate workers again this year for Sophomore and Varsity games. There will be no gate for the freshman games.
Principal Park Tickets for Valley Game The boys will play at Principal Park again this year against Valley. Closer to that time we will have tickets to hand out
for each family to sell or purchase. The reps for each class will deal with these – pass out, collect money, etc. Just a heads up on this.
Macri BBQ – DCHS Classic Ellen and I will organize this event. However we will be asking for lots of volunteers to help over that weekend – stay tuned for
more information on the Classic.
