Leagues with the Chicago Cubs (2000 & 2002). Mahoney was a shortstop
in college before he converted to catcher at Creighton University.
Matt Macri, a 2001 Dowling graduate recently broke through to the major
leagues with the Minnesota Twins.  Matt made his debut on May 24, 2008
